     We, Lindie Mae Inc., approach this new year with gratitude for each and every client we have served along the way.

     Lindie Mae, Inc. was incorporated in July 1991. Our President, Linda Tilley is a graduate of East
Carolina University and has several further education classes and licenses in real estate and
securities as well. Linda was head trader for the institutional trading department of Schweitzer
& Company in the 1980’s prior to establishing Lindie Mae.

     For over 32 years, it has been our pleasure to work with exceptional institutions such as Banks,
Credit Unions, Savings and Loans, Mortgage Originators, Insurance Companies, Equity Funds,
Capital Asset Groups, Builders, Seller Financiers and Private investors. Experience counts where
industry standards and industry needs often change. We pay all due diligence fees and we do
not charge fees to Sellers. Our sincere thanks to everyone who looked for a company they
could count on and chose Lindie Mae.

     We buy both performing and non-performing real estate secured assets. We continue to
purchase residential and commercial mortgages every day. All transactions are confidential,
